Logistic Policy

The scheme is applicable to logistics sector projects in Maharashtra, including Small, Large, Mega & Ultra-Mega Logistics Parks, Integrated Truck Terminals, Warehouses, Silos, Cold Storages, CFS, ICD, Air Freight Stations, FTWZ, etc.
For incentive purposes, Maharashtra is divided into Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3; however, special capital incentives for logistics parks are mainly for Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas only.
The policy aims to develop more than 10,000 acres of dedicated logistics infrastructure across district nodes, regional hubs, state hubs, national mega hub and international mega hub
Capital subsidy for logistics parks / truck terminals ranges from 10% to 20% of eligible Fixed Capital Investment, subject to category-wise monetary caps.
Minimum benefit appears to be 10% capital subsidy for Ultra-Mega Logistics Parks, capped at ₹40 crore. Also, maximum percentage benefit appears to be 20% capital subsidy for Small Logistics Parks and Integrated Truck Terminals, capped at ₹2 crore / ₹1 crore respectively.
For standalone MSME logistics units up to ₹50 crore investment excluding land, benefits include interest subsidy of 2% to 3% for up to 5 years, subject to annual caps
Important point: land cost is generally excluded from Fixed Capital Investment, except in Integrated Truck Terminals where only 25% of land cost may be considered.
