This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you unconditionally signify your assent to the practices articulated herein.

Client-Side Execution. means the operational framework where scripts, specifically the subsidy calculator, run entirely on the User’s local browser environment without transmitting input values to Our servers.
Nature of Data Processing and Client-Side Architecture
Exemption from Data Collection. The Platform operates a subsidy and incentive calculator that relies exclusively on Client-Side Execution. Any financial parameters, business metrics, or demographic inputs entered by the User are processed locally within the User's web browser environment.
Non-Transmission Guarantee. We do not intercept, transmit, record, or store any data inputted into the calculator onto our proprietary servers or cloud infrastructure. Consequently, the Platform does not engage in the "Processing" of Personal Data through the calculator within the ambit of Section 3 of the DPDP Act.
No Fiduciary Creation. Because no personal or financial data is gathered by Us during the calculator's operation, the Platform does not assume the role or corresponding liabilities of a "Data Fiduciary" as defined under Section 2(i) of the DPDP Act for such inputs.
Automated Collection of Technical Metadata
Server Logs. While interactive inputs are insulated, our hosting infrastructure automatically collects standard server logs necessary for network administration. This includes the User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser version, operating system, and the timestamps of access.
Purpose of Collection. This metadata is collected strictly for ensuring cybersecurity, preventing Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, and analyzing broad traffic trends. It is never synthesized, profiled, or correlated with any specific individual or their activities on the calculator.
Statutory Compliance. The collection of this technical data is essential for the legitimate operation and security of the Platform. It aligns with standard industry practices and complies with the data minimization principles outlined in the DPDP Act.
Cookie Policy and Tracking Technologies
Deployment of Cookies. The Platform utilizes "cookies"—small text files stored on the User's device—to enable core navigational functionalities and gather anonymized analytical data. These trackers strictly measure aggregate visitor volume and do not harvest Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
User Autonomy. Users retain absolute discretion to refuse cookies by altering their respective browser configurations. Disabling analytical cookies will not impede the User's ability to access the informational database or utilize the client-side calculator.
Third-Party Links and Intermediary Status
External Portals. The Platform aggregates public information and frequently provides hyperlinks to official government portals (e.g. .gov.in websites) for the user's convenience. We do not endorse, control, or monitor the privacy frameworks of these external domains.
Safe Harbour Application. The Platform qualifies as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act regarding any third-party links hosted on the site. Pursuant to Section 79 of the IT Act, We claim absolute exemption from liability for any data breaches or privacy violations that occur once a User navigates to these external portals.
Data Security Practices
Security Standards. In compliance with Section 43A of the IT Act and Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. These protocols are designed to protect the minimal server metadata against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Inherent Risks. Despite deploying robust security architectures, no transmission of information over the internet is entirely impenetrable. Users acknowledge that they access the Platform acknowledging this inherent risk, and We disclaim liability for security breaches beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
