dCorpo Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“dCorpo”) invites experienced professionals, consultants, bankers, accountants and other business advisors to associate with us as independent Referral Associates (“RAs”) on a non-exclusive basis.

Our Referral Associates may introduce suitable and quality business opportunities for services relating to:

Association
Our association model
- No onboarding fee
- No security deposit
- No fixed sales targets
RAs may refer suitable business opportunities from within or outside their professional network. Upon successful conversion of an eligible assignment-specific referral and realization of the applicable professional fees by dCorpo, the concerned RA will be entitled to receive a pre-agreed referral fee, subject to the terms of the formal Referral Associate Agreement.
Each referral will be recognized on a per-assignment basis. Introduction of a client will not, by itself, create any perpetual or continuing entitlement to referral fees in respect of future assignments from that client.
The RA will function as an independent referral associate and not as an employee, agent, partner, franchisee or authorized representative of dCorpo. The RA shall not make any commitment, representation or assurance on behalf of dCorpo unless specifically authorized in writing.
Commercials
Referral fee model
Upon successful conversion of an eligible referral and realization of the applicable Net Collections by dCorpo, the RA will be eligible for a referral fee under either of the following models:
Referral of lead with coordination support
15% + 5%
15% of applicable Net Collections as the referral fee plus an additional 5% coordination fee where the RA provides the mutually agreed support relating to document/data collection, client coordination, occasional assignment follow-up and professional-fee collection.
The applicable model and scope of support shall be mutually confirmed by dCorpo & RA for each referral.
Eligibility, periodicity, computation, applicable deductions and payment of referral fees under the above referral fee models will be governed by the Referral Associate Agreement.
Onboarding
Onboarding documents
The following documents will be requested separately, through a secure or restricted-access channel, only after preliminary acceptance of the application:
- Self-attested PAN card of the individual applicant or authorized signatory
- Aadhaar or another acceptable identity/address proof of the applicant or authorized signatory
- In the case of a proprietorship, partnership firm, LLP or company, PAN and applicable registration or constitution documents of the entity
- Cancelled cheque or bank-account confirmation bearing the name of the proposed referral-fee recipient
- GST registration certificate, where applicable
Interested professionals may complete and submit the below form for preliminary evaluation and further communication.
Submission of this form constitutes only an expression of interest and does not create any contractual relationship or guarantee appointment as an RA. Acceptance on the RA panel, recognition and validity of referrals, referral-fee entitlement, payment terms, applicable taxes and all other rights and obligations will be governed exclusively by the Referral Associate Agreement executed between the parties.
